Most surveys are booked within a working week, sooner during the winter slot release. You receive a dated drift chart showing the dot run we collected, a plain-language interpretation of the shape, and a note of any element that sits outside the agreed tolerance. The same chart is filed on the rail in the room so a later check can compare against it. Retainer clients also receive a running file of every chart taken since the reference was first hung.
